This tour provides such an experience, allowing you to join in cooking at a local culinary center and truly learn the art of Vietnamese cuisine.
Tour itinerary:
- Start your local adventure with a convenient pickup from your hotel in District 1. Our local guide will meet you in the hotel lobby and provide a brief overview of the day’s activities. Then, board our comfortable vehicle and head to Ben Thanh Market.
- Stroll through the market aisles to gather your ingredients, choosing from a vibrant selection of produce, spices, and meats. Once you have everything you need, proceed to Mai’s Home Culinary Center to begin your cooking session.
- Under the guidance of the head chef, you’ll learn to prepare various specialties from both the North and South of Vietnam, gaining insight into the diversity of the country’s cuisine. Finally, enjoy the fruits of your labor as you sit down with your class to savor the delicious meal before being transported back to your hotel.
