- Meet your guide outside your hotel between 7:30 AM and 8:00 AM, then take a quick ride to Cai Be for a zigzagging boat trip around the floating market. Spot energetic vendors selling fresh fish, families picking up groceries, and shop for quality handicrafts from boats filled to the brim.
- Visit local workshops to see the making of sticky rice paste, sweet coconut candies, and savory fish sauce up close. Enjoy a tasty lunch in a peaceful orchard on An Binh Island, and then explore smaller waterways with a leisurely row boat ride.
